dev-libs/libffi: sync live

* Enable exec-static-trampoline by default. Was planning on doing this
  a while ago, see 3ac8657f39e4ee421d2ee778ac4392ac03516b1d,
  dc2a79fe4eff832ed9cc2481cb77a635faea5aba, and 7edad73b87f266741af3de82a08e84397cdc2c41,
  and now feels like the right time with a new release.

  Meant to explain this in 913b9ae63372f13deb88137f646213574ae94158 and forgot.

* Add revert patch here too for bug #949051.
