sys-apps/coreutils: fix sandbox-env-test.patch

I extended PR and excluded more tests. However, I overlooked
that one of these tests aren't present in 8.31.

This commit will fix previous commit a48e67d33ef6edd58b2cd6111884dbb4fdef7491
and provide two versions of the patch.

-Subject: [PATCH] dircolors: consider COLORTERM as well as TERM env vars
-
-COLORTERM is an environment used usually to expose truecolor support in
-terminal emulators. Therefore support matches on that in addition
-to TERM. Also set the default COLORTERM match pattern so that
-we apply colors if COLORTERM is any value.
-
-This implicitly supports a terminal like "foot"
-without a need for an explicit TERM entry.
-
-* NEWS: Mention the new feature.
-* src/dircolors.c (main): Match COLORTERM like we do for TERM.
-* src/dircolors.hin: Add default config to match any COLORTERM.
-* tests/misc/dircolors.pl: Add test cases.

sys-apps/coreutils: backport cksum result fix

Note that this only affected the message it prints, not its exit status,
but this is still pretty serious if something greps the output.

+Subject: [PATCH] cksum: fix reporting of failed checks
+
+This applies to all checksumming utilities,
+where we incorrectly report all subsequent files as checking 'OK'
+once any file has passed a digest check.
+The exit status was not impacted, only the printed status.
+
+* src/digest.c (digest_check): Use the correct state variable
+to determine if the _current_ file has passed or not.
+* tests/misc/md5sum.pl: Add a test case.
+Fixes https://bugs.gnu.org/62403

+Subject: [PATCH] copy-file-range: support building for older kernels
+
+* m4/copy-file-range.m4 (gl_FUNC_COPY_FILE_RANGE):
+Remove static check, to support the dubious practice of
+building for platforms that predate the build platform.
+On working kernels this adds an extra syscall the first time
+that copy_file_range is used. Problem reported for Gentoo by
+Sam James <https://bugs.gnu.org/63850>.

-Subject: [PATCH] cksum: fix reporting of failed checks
-
-This applies to all checksumming utilities,
-where we incorrectly report all subsequent files as checking 'OK'
-once any file has passed a digest check.
-The exit status was not impacted, only the printed status.
-
-* src/digest.c (digest_check): Use the correct state variable
-to determine if the _current_ file has passed or not.
-* tests/misc/md5sum.pl: Add a test case.
-Fixes https://bugs.gnu.org/62403

-Subject: copy: fix --reflink=auto to fallback in more cases
-
-On restricted systems like android or some containers,
-FICLONE could return EPERM, EACCES, or ENOTTY,
-which would have induced the command to fail to copy
-rather than falling back to a more standard copy.
-
-* src/copy.c (is_terminal_failure): A new function refactored
-from handle_clone_fail().
-(is_CLONENOTSUP): Merge in the handling of EACCES, ENOTTY, EPERM
-as they also pertain to determination of whether cloning is supported
-if we ever use this function in that context.
-(handle_clone_fail): Use is_terminal_failure() in all cases,
-so that we assume a terminal failure in less errno cases.
-* NEWS: Mention the bug fix.
-Addresses https://bugs.gnu.org/62404

+Problem reported by Khem Raj in:
+* lib/posixtm.c (posixtime): Pacify clang 18 by converting bool to int.
+Arguably this is a bug in draft C2x, since the non-pointer args to
+ckd_add should promote just like any other expressions do;
