sys-kernel/mips-sources: bump to 4.4.43 & 4.8.17, update copyright date.
Bump 4.4.39 -> 4.4.43 and 4.8.15 -> 4.8.17 (EOL). Updated the copyright
dates to reflect the new year, and removed the unused Cobalt eblit.
